All first time customers will receive a free personal shoe fitting by contacting their local Ballerinies Representative. Contact our sales team.

All customer inquiries received via phone and e-mail will be responded to within 24 hours.

Ballerinies shoes can be returned/exchanged/refunded within 14 days of the original purchase date if they are NEW and UNWORN and with the original receipt. All other returns will not be accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers must pay for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges and send an EMAIL message to Ballerinies before shipping their order. Upon approval by a Ballerinies representative, orders may be returned via local pick up or via standard mailing service.
